For The Best Postpartum Relief

It is well-known that heat or ice therapy can help assist postpartum healing by reducing swelling or pain, and providing overall comfort. That’s where the Nyssa reusable heat/ice pack for underwear comes in. This soothing pack fits comfortably between the legs to soothe symptoms during postpartum recovery. It can fit easily into a pair of Nyssa postpartum underwear, which has a special pocket for a heat/ice pack so you can be hands-free. Or, this reusable pack can work by itself outside of the clothing you already own, for comfort and pain relief whenever needed.

Heat/Ice Pack for Underwear

This soothing pack is covered by a hygienic woven plastic fiber, so you can stay clean while you stay comfortable. It is both microwavable and freezable, for whichever type of relief you desire. The unique shape of the ice pack allows it to fit comfortably without sliding around or feeling bulky. Simply place the larger side towards the area needing relief (forward for perineal, backwards for tailbone or hemorrhoids).

Although this ice/heat pack can be used directly on the skin, this can cause tissue damage for sensitive areas like the perineum; therefore it is recommended for use inside special postpartum underwear that features a pocket for ice/heat therapy. If using against the skin, be sure to safely and very thoroughly test the temperature beforehand.

This heat/ice pack for underwear was designed long enough (8.5 inches long) to cover both the incision area from c-sections and the perineal area simultaneously. It is lightweight, but still strong enough to penetrate heat or cooling through a postpartum pad. It is much less bulky and much more comfortable than the traditional ice packs provided by hospitals after delivery. Instead, try this contoured, comfortable and non-toxic heat/ice pack for easier use and soothing relief.
