The patches warm up to 136 degrees Farenheit, to provide comfortable against-the-skin warmth for relief.

To use, simply remove the protective wrapping (which will expose it to air and activate the warming), unfold and adhere to your underwear facing your lower abdomen. If you own a pair of Nyssa period comfort underwear, you can choose to insert it into the special heat press pocket instead of using the adhesive backing.
