Depending on your personal workout space, you can enjoy this reliable Xmount either on your wall or on your ceiling. When used on a wall, it can provide more range of motion than a door anchor, and provide a more reliable hold! When used on a ceiling, you’ll have the highest range of motion possible, and the possibility to do any workout you please.

However, if you don’t have a ceiling space suitable for the anchor, using it as a wall mount is still a great option thanks to its permanent hold and unique X shape. Some trainers also prefer doing exercises that involve the wall for support! Or, if you are only looking to do workouts that involve leaning with or away from the straps, a wall mount will work well!

Using an X shaped ceiling anchor is often the preferred choice by suspension trainers when doing exercises that require more space; or any exercise that benefits more from a vertical-hanging suspension strap. Not to mention, doing cardio workouts is much easier with more space and a wider range of motion! TRX pilates, for example, is a popular and dynamic workout; but it requires more space in your workout scene and is overall much easier to do with a ceiling suspension anchor. XMount Wall & Ceiling Anchor

This suspension ceiling and wall anchor includes a plastic backing to help prevent scratches to your ceiling or wall during use. This Xmount anchor includes two heavy duty bolts and an installation guide to help you get started with set-up. This anchor is made of a powder-coated steel, and can be installed both inside or outside. It comes in two neutral colors (white or grey) to help the anchor blend in with your home easily. It measures 6 inches in diameter, and must be set up on a ceiling stud or load-bearing wall stud.
