As for maintenance for these products, it is very easy! The cloth pads are machine washable, or you may hand-wash them if you prefer. If machine-washing, use a natural detergent without fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry or line dry the cloth pads, and store them flat. As for period kits containing a menstrual cup, simply clean the cup with mild soap and water. Boiling is not necessary.
