Perks of a Vibrating Pelvic Wand

Vibration is an added perk to this pelvic wand! This vibrating pelvic wand will allow for better pain relief and relaxation. This is because the vibration allows for better blood flow to your muscles! There are 10 different vibration settings, so you can start low and increase vibrations as needed.

This tool is made from a soft and comfortable medical-grade silicone, and is suitable for all body types (those with a vulva or those with a penis). It is usable for both rectal and vaginal muscle relaxation. Because it is specially designed by a pelvic floor therapist, you can feel safe and confident using this product at home. Remember to go at your own pace, and to be gentle with your body!

Use of Pelvic Wands

This vibrating pelvic wand helps with the at-home practice methods for treating pelvic pain from vaginismus, dyspareunia, painful sex, tension myalgia, endometriosis, vestibulodynia, and other pelvic conditions. Pelvic pain is more common than people realize, and isn’t something that you should ignore! After consulting with a pelvic floor physical therapist, they may recommend the use of a pelvic wand to help with your pain and relieving trigger points.

When using this pelvic wand, you will want to find yourself in a relaxed state and practice slow breathing to help relax your muscles. You will also want to use a water-based lubricant to allow for easier insertion and removal. The longer, rounded end is best for deeper muscles; while the pointer, curved end is better for shallower muscles at the entrance of the vagina or rectum. Apply lubricant to whichever end will suit your needs before inserting.

While laying on your back with your knees bent, you will insert this pelvic floor wand slowly during an exhale of your breathing. Allow the vibrations to soothe your pain, and you can apply light pressure to trigger areas as needed. Keep yourself in the pain-relieving position for 1-2 minutes and then you’re finished!
